As a start up business dealing with the back end of my website, email campaigns and setting up of lead pages, payments and more, I couldn’t have done it without Crystal's expertise. Whilst I know how to do some things, I needed a Master. I could have spent precious hours trying to configure the logistics when I should have been working on my business. The first project was help with setting up the lead pages and subsequent emails for a 21 day interview series. This led to setting up to sell on my website and all the bits and pieces that are required using YouTube, Woo Commerce and more. This resulted in adding an additional 1,300 subscribers to my email list.
The next project was setting up a Mailchimp campaign, payment, links to website and even writing some of the emails. Crystal was able to capture 'my voice’ in my emails and saved me a huge amount of time, leaving me to concentrate on putting the project together. Nothing was too hard, and her knowledge around all things in website set up, applications, plugins (WordPress, Mailchimp, LeadPages in my case) was fabulous. Because of her help, I’ve had people from around the world joining me.
Also, if I asked Crystal any questions or for advice on best options, within 24 hours or less I’d have a response. I felt nothing has ever been too menial or hard and, every experience with her has been positive.
